The concert was Friday. (: It was probably the most epic concert I've ever been to. Here's a run down of how it went...
When we first got there, we were just kind of hanging out so we went inside the restaurant and got some food. That's when Anjelica pointed out that Pat Brown of Sing It Loud was sitting at the the bar. We would have gone up to him but he was with a girl so we didn't say anything...My aunt was going to talk to him but we told her not to. For the meet&&greet we were supposed to meet by FTSK's tour bus so we hung out around there for a while. That's when we discovered that it was actually Cobra Starship's bus. Haha, Gabe, Ryland, Nate and Alex all got off the bus and we were so confused. My aunt was being social so she decided to talk to everyone walking by. She asked Ducky 'Dustin' where he was going and he said "none of your business." That was really mean so she went after him and made him apologize and he did. When he came back over to us, my aunt asked him for a hug and he gave her one. Then I asked him for a hug and he gave me one too. He gives really good hugs, by the way. I proved you wrong, Ducky is actually pretty nice. Then finally Robi called all the M&G-ers over and we waited for FTSK to come out. Finally, they all did. Everyone was kinda standing there so Anjelica and I called Austin and we were like "OMG, we have a present for you" and he was like a little kid on Christmas with the way he acted. We gave him the scooter and he didn't believe that it was for him. He was all "NO WAY! Is this seriously for me? No syke?" and we were like "duh..." So he opened it up and started doing tricks on it and fell. Then we gave him the card Elizabeth made and he accepted her proposal. After that, everyone was kinda talking to everyone so we decided to start handing out all the presents. We gave Marc the cupcakes and he was like "WOAH, these are amazing!" Then we took pictures with Marc and he was so nice. And I gave Kent his deodorant and he was like "Aww, thanks." Happy birthday to Kent, by the way. They were all standing near us so we decided to start with the silly string. We told them we had silly string and we gave Caleb and Kent a bottle of it and Anjelica and I had a bottle each. I accidentally sprayed Kent in the eye and he left to go fix that. I felt really bad... Then Caleb, Anjelica and I were all spraying each other and Caleb decided he didn't wanna be sprayed anymore so he wanted a truce. He got his jacket and held it up over his face and gave us a stern warning not to spray him anymore. He said "You guys! Stop spraying me! Silly string is flammable and I have to play in this shirt and I can't play with silly string all over it! I can't become flammable and if I catch fire on stage it's all your fault!" He asked us for a truce like 10 times before we finally gave in. I was spraying silly string in the air and Austin was trying to protect his hot pocket from it. Then he told us how the silly string reminds him of waking up with boogers all over his face. Hahah. Then we gave Kyle his drumsticks and he wanted us to label them so he could use them and then give them back after the concert. And we took pictures with Kyle and he hugged me as I took the picture. I showed Kyle my bracelet and he said "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" in a really high pitched voice and we were all cracking up. After that we walked over to Caleb and gave him his flip-flops and he goes "These are my favorite colors! Which ones are for me?" and we told him they both were. So he took them and put them in the bus. When he came back out, we asked if we could take pictures with him and we did. Then we asked for hugs and he gave us all hugs. It was amazing. Then we went over to Jonathan and I gave him the hat I brought him and he was like "Woah, thanks, this is awesome" and gave me a hug. His hug was pretty nice too. We took pictures with him and Abbie's camera was screwing up so while she was trying to fix it, she accidentally took a picture of Anjelica. Jonathan saw her do it and he said "Ha, you just took a picture of her chest..." It was funny but at the time, I didn't even realize he said it. Gradually everyone started to leave except Marc was walking around with Bonnie and Jonathan was with his family. There was some things we forgot to give them so we decided to go find them. When Jonathan was walking away, I decided to call him and give him the bracelet I made but it didn't fit so that was depressing. Then we walked all the way back around to the busses and saw Austin doing skateboard tricks. We found our cupcakes on the ground and forgot to give away the Capri Sun bag so we gave them to Austin. I remembered that I didn't get a picture with Austin so I took one with him. We asked him where Caleb was and he said he would find him. He left his skateboard and we told him we would ride it while he was gone but he ran back and got it before we left. He never came back so we went to look for Caleb. We found him outside the HOB and Anjelica proposed to him and gave him her bat ring. It was so sweet, and he gave her a hug. Then we went inside and Sing It Loud was about to go on. We wanted to be in the front so we pushed our way through but then we couldn't breathe so we had to leave. Then we went to get merch and the guy that was scaring me with the pidgeons was FTSK's merch guy. His name is Ziggy. My aunt was like "Ziggy as in ziggy ziggy ha ha?" and he goes, "No, Ziggy as in Ziggy Starfish." He was really cute. I bought a Cobra Starship shirt that said "Cobra Starship, So fresh" but I wanted the one that said "Step the F*** off my jock" but my aunt wouldn't let me have it. Then we stood there and watched Hit the Lights but they pretty much sucked except Bodybag which is their only good song. Their set was almost over so we put our bags down and pushed our way to the front to see FTSK. They came on, and of course, they were amazing. Jonathan pointed at me and we "totally connected." It was totally epic and they played Men In Black which Jonathan can totally rap and it's amazing. Jonathan was like "My favorite place to play is Dallas. Dallas is the best city ever. Actually it's the best state ever, more like the best country. The United States of Dallas! Dallas girls are way sexier than other girls, they should be called fexy because you gotta put your F up." Then the people were getting mad at us so we moved to a different spot before Cobra. Cobra's set was almost an hour and a half long and it was SOOOO amazing. One of their encore songs was Pleasure Ryland and Ryland drew out the song for like 10 minutes. He was like "Texas girls are so sexy, I think they made a spelling mistake when they spelled Texas, I think it should be Sexas!" Haha. Their last song was Guilty Pleasure and everyone was dancing and going crazy. Then we went back outside to wait for FTSK and we finally saw Kyle and told him to get our drumsticks. He got some different ones because he had already packed ours away but he said the ones he gave us were "his signature drumsticks." Then we wanted to take more pictures with him so I did. The first one I took, I forgot to turn on the flash so I was like "Oh no! It didn't turn out. We need to take another one." And he said "No! Its fine, how do you even know? Did you even look at it?" We argued about the pictures for like 2 minutes and he was like "fine! show me the picture!" So I showed him and he was like "It's fine!" and pretended to walk away. I was like "NO KYLE! Come back!" and he did. I told him that if he would have left, I would have cried. We took another picture and I asked him for a hug and he gave me one. We told him that the next time he gets on modlife, he should try not to break it and I said, "Um, yeah I only had modlife for 2 days and you got on and broke it" then he said "NO SYKEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" in his really high pitched voice. Then we decided to walk over to Cobra's bus and we saw Alex Suarez. He was about to leave so he used my camera to take the picture with me. We waited for about 5 more minutes for anyone to come out but no one did. My aunt, Abbie, and I left. (:
